What I am going to do.
After looking plenty at my newsfeeds on social media (may be too much studying), I began to create a picture of what looks good and captures me (the kind of consumer audience looking to attract, young 16-22 y/o)
- Lighting effects: When used tastefully, this can make a horrible product look attractive. This innate attraction to 'shiny' things can be made useful by highlighting curvature lightly on a photo. It is also important for colour grading as horrible colour in photos will not look aesthetically pleasing.
- Text image cohesion: One frustrating thing for me is when the text is not in line with the content. Keep everything relevant to either the campaign or the brand.
- Content Curation: A variation of content that follows a scheme/pattern/theme.
