Umbro Logos and where to find them.

I want to implement Umbros logo in the piece but I am wary that the logo will look cheap, out of place and non-cohesive to my campaign. In order to work around this, it is commonplace to look to the past in order to move forward. Although I previously mentioned that Umbro needs a refresh, after a given amount of time, a retrospective logo can be the crème de la crème of rejuvenating a brand.

The top row of logos is project changing. It feels alot more stylised and inspired and would fit in with the sharper, less sport reminiscent logos. I feel photoshopping a retro logo behind someone and rotating it to suit the frames would be the perfect way to get across brand image and product shine. I could also use the logos and put them in the negative space, this would be tricky but beautiful.

The look of the word "Umbro" and the phonetics are unlike most other words so having some of the typography behind the model would be reasonable. The picture on the right is the same but features the logo twice, yet the smaller logo is the current one (bottom right).
