Format for logo border.

The rotating 1960 logo will be used as a graphic throughout the video and will rotate clockwise at the corners of the screen. After 7 seconds, the logos will change position and scale to the center of the screen. During this process they will seem to merge into one, still maintaining the speed and pace of rotation. This will bring the content together and aid in providing a retro videogame style. This can potentially be paired with a 8-bit style song.
